1. Lemon water with honey-
This is the most effective and well-known remedy to relieve constipation at home. Take warm water add lemon juice and honey to it. Honey stimulates your digestive system, also acts as a mild laxative, and lemons help in removing toxins from the body.
2. Drinking more water and other fluids-
Dehydration leads to constipation, to prevent this you must drink more and more water and other fluids to relieve constipation.
3. Include fats in your diet-
Olive oil, castor oil, ghee acts as laxatives and improves the movement through the intestine and helps to clean them.
4. Baking soda can be helpful-
