7.Your immune system is at an all-time high. One analysis showed that folks who received flu injections and were sleep-deprived the next night did not create the antibodies required to drive back the flu. “As soon as I start to see the first indications of an upper respiratory an infection, I make an effort to sleeping for 10 times,” says Dr. Jordan Stern, founder, and director of the BlueSleep Middle in New York City. “If you’re chronically rest deprived, you’re much more likely to develop repeating infections.”
8.You awaken between five and 15 times per hour. It usually happens whenever we change to different levels of sleeping, like from dreams to profound sleeping, and the awakenings happen so quickly that people don’t remember them.
9.You’re probably inhaling — a fact most of us neglect during sleep — but up to 30 percent of individuals actually stop inhaling at night. About 90 percent of men and women with this disorder, rest apnea, go undiagnosed, including young women.
